Domestic real estate:
Our domestic real estate portfolio primarily consists of retail, residential, multi-family, and industrial assets. We look for opportunistic investments located in urban infill areas, deal sizes in the lower middle market, a solid cash yield upon stabilization, and strong sub-market demographics.
Select current and previous investments include:
- Retail assets located in the Gaslamp District of San Diego and Oakland
- Single and multi-family assets located in Los Angeles, New York City, Nashville, Atlanta, and Dallas
- Industrial assets located in California, Nevada, and Arizona
- Self-storage assets located in Southern California
In addition, we have a portfolio of debt investments for residential and commercial assets that meet similar acquisition parameters.
International real estate:
Our international real estate portfolio focuses on commercial assets located in strong sub-markets throughout Asia. We believe that key Asian markets, such as Singapore, provide some of the best risk-adjusted returns globally. We are actively looking for opportunities in Singapore, Japan, Taiwan, and China as well as emerging markets in Southeast Asia.
