is a serial entrepreneur and angel investor, leading LNG Management, an asset management firm focusing on global opportunities in technology, venture capital, commercial real estate, and private/public markets. Ng is the founder and CEO of the global incubator Onramp Lab.
Since 2019, Onramp Lab has been building AI-driven consumer and agentic services that put intelligent agents to work in everyday markets. Its conversational AI platform, ContactLoop, engages customers across voice, SMS, and web chat with unified memory spanning every channel, and has powered more than 25 million business conversations for clients across finance, insurance, loans, and health, from Fortune 500 enterprises to small businesses. Through RemoteHunter, Onramp Lab deploys AI agents that help roughly eight million job seekers a year discover and land remote roles worldwide, and it is now extending its AI services into the residential rental market to serve renters directly.
Ng served as Chairman of the Board of Oversee.net, a company he co-founded at the age of 21 and led as its Chief Executive Officer. He grew Oversee from an Internet start-up to a leader in internet services with over $200 million in revenue and 200 employees. Ng liquidated his interest in Oversee when Oak Hill Capital invested $150 million in the company.
Ng won the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for the Greater Los Angeles program in the technology category. Oversee.net was named to the Inc. 500 and ranked in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50. The company was also named “Internet and New Media Company of the Year” by the SoCal Technology Council. The Los Angeles Business Journal ranked Oversee as Los Angeles’ third fast-growing private company.
He is a Senior Advisor to Alignment Credit, a strategic private credit fund, and a member of the Metamorphic Ventures Advisory Board, which helps entrepreneurs accelerate new business opportunities.
Ng is the founder of the Lawrence C. Ng Family Foundation, a grant-making organization dedicated to supporting non-profits whose mission is to create brighter futures for underprivileged youths through education, mentorship, and career guidance. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the John V. Lindsay Wildcat Academy Charter School, an alternative high school that enables students who have dropped out of traditional high schools to obtain a high school diploma. Through the foundation, Ng is also a proud supporter of the Joshua House Health Center, a new three-story community health clinic in the heart of Skid Row in Los Angeles.

His responsibilities include portfolio asset allocation, sourcing and underwriting direct deals, and manager due diligence for domestic and international investments. Prior to LNG Management, Kenny worked in the high yield research group of First Western Capital Management as a consultant with primary coverage of the gaming, lodging, and leisure sectors. He also ran a trading group at a boutique broker dealer based out of New York City, focusing on equities in the housing and energy sectors, and was a summer associate at B. Riley & Co. He began his career with Lehman Brothers as a pricing analyst.
Kenny is a CFA® charterholder and received his M.B.A. from the University of Southern California. He holds a B.S. in Finance from St. John’s University in New York.
